the areas of Columbia, Fulton and Millersburg Missouri. This RUS project
involves the installation of 1-4 (1-1.25" SDR-11) along with a 6, 12,
24, 72, 144 and 288 Fiber Optic Cables which consist of fiber to the home as
well as major businesses. My duties consist of Quality Control, PR,
Re-routes, Pre Construction Engineering as well as redlines, as-builts and
Cable Megging. From: Jan 9, 2012 To: April 20 2012 Status: Contract completed __________ Company: BHC Rhodes Project: Blue Bird Project Type: RUS Title: Compliance/OSP Construction Inspector This is a RUS project consisting of 4 segments circling
the state of Missouri. I supervised the installation of 1-1.25 HDPE duct with
a Draka 96 Fiber Optic Cable. Construction involves the use of bore rigs,
plows, and trenching crews. My duties involve the Inspection of construction
crews, redlines, As-Builts and maintaining a safe, productive work
environment while providing accurate documentation of construction
activities. From: July 12, 2011 To: January 7, 2012 Status: Contract completed ___________ Company: Cleveland Inspection Project: PF NET/AT&T - El Paso Texas to Los Angeles
California. Type: RUS/Long Haul Title: Field Engineer/OSP Construction Inspector This Fiber Optic project started in El Paso Texas and
terminated at the city of Los Angeles, California. While performing my
assigned task: I supervised the installation of a six duct system with a
Lucent 261 Fiber Optic Cable, this required drafting and Pre-Construction
Engineering. Construction involved the use of bore rigs, plow crews, aerial
and bridge crews. In addition to underground construction, a 12-Strand
multi-mode aerial cable was installed at various locations. This included the
installation of expansion loops, self supporting figure eights and a steel
messenger. During this project, I interfaced with the Environmental
Inspection Company's Field Representative Personnel as we encountered
indigenous wildlife and various noxious plants. I attended many Environmental
Training Classes that would provide me with the correct protocols for dealing
with plants, animals, soils and artifacts that I would encounter along the
Right-Of-Way. From: 5/14/01 to 8/24/02 Status: Project terminated due to the events of 9/11 __________ Company: Bechtel Corporation Project: Nextlink Type: RUS, Metro Title: Assistant Lead Engineer This project covered a 43 mile area around San Antonio,
Texas; in which a 20 duct Fiber Optic System was installed. A revised portion
of this phase allowed for the installation of a ADSS 6 Strand Multi-mode cable
in which the intermediate poles covered the span of a mile. This included the
evaluation of Dead End Poles and the strict application of the National
Electric Safety Code. During the duration of the project, I was responsible
for Pre-Construction Engineering, Drafting, Red-lining, Environmental/City
Permit Control, Public Relations as well as Networking and Technical Support. From: 10/9/00 to 4/01 Status: Contract completed __________ Company: Complus Technical Services Project: El Paso TX to Del Rio TX. Type: Long Haul Title: Field Engineer/OSP Construction Inspector On this project, a three duct system was installed along
the Right-Of-Way from Clavo, Texas to Del Rio, Texas. My duties included
Pre-Construction Engineering, Observation and Evaluation of utility
construction crews. Construction was completed through the use of bore rigs
and plow crews. The success of this project weighed heavily on our
communications cooperation with the Environmental Inspectors. In order to meet
the Environmental demands of the project, numerous Environmental classes were
held. These classes stressed the importance of pro-activity when deducing the
validity of possible archaeological sites and artifacts. From: 5/15/97 to 5/2/98 Status: Contract completed --------- Related Industry - Oil Field
Pipeline Company: Sandridge Project: In House Type: Oil Field/Pipeline Title: Field Construction Inspector This pipeline project consisted of the
installation of a 12" line in the Ft. Stockton area. I was responsible
to the documentation of construction activities involving rock trenchers,
track-hoes and pipe welders. I also worked with Environmental Officials to
ensure the adherence of rules and regulations pertaining to local vegetation
